Copyright of Twitter posts in practice -
Marco (developer of Tumblr and Instapaper) discusses his view of tweets as copyrightable artefacts in response to an article by Jeffery Zeldman. The way copyright operates right now, I would tend to agree with Marco’s position while not necessary agreeing with copyright itself.
